Nu Era Heaters
Back in 2006 we were looking for a heater that works in livestock applications. Nothing off the shelf worked for us. The best we found, both economical and usefulness, was hot water. The best way to apply it was with fin tubes running thru the barn. But we figured there must be a better way, so we tried off the shelf hot water unit heaters. They worked a lot better than the fin tubes, but plugged up and corroded in barns. So, we designed and built some proto type units and were amazed at the results. The first few years we just built them for our own use, but word got out and we decided to start a business. We are more than (lack of words) at the customer base we have established

Our heaters are made out of corrosion resistant aluminum. All other heaters are either steel or copper, both do not with stand the corrosive environment you find in livestock facilities. Also with the fin design and spacing our heaters do not plug up, even in heavy feathery environments like chicken or turkey barns. With hot water unit heaters you do not introduce carbon monoxide and humidity into your rooms. So you can get by with a lot less ventilation and still maintain better air quality then with any other heater style. This, among a lot of other things equate to better bottom lines
It’s all aluminum and plastic construction allows it to be installed in high ammonia environments (hog barns, dairy barns)
The design of the fin or heating surface area makes it possible to use in heavy dust areas such as turkey or chicken barns or industrial shops

Aluminum of all metals absorbs and conducts heat at the greatest rate. That relates to when heat is applied to a Nu Ear Heater it instantly absorbs and throws that heat into the space that needs to be heated. In return it makes the environment a lot more comfortable because you never feel a cool breeze while the unit warms up.
The low RPM motor lessens the chance of vibration and the fan runs quieter than a high RPM model would
Does not have an open flame
With a chilled water supply they can be used as an A/C air handler, with no air filtration, yet won’t plug up.
